I think the present Governor of Imo State happened to catch the spirit of rebranding before Prof.Dora Akunyili began preaching the gospel. What other rebranding process can other states emulate apart from Imo State CLEAN AND GREEN PROJECT? YOUR EXCELLENCY - YOU ARE TOO MUCH.
