Re: NEED FOR HIGH COURT by OKANMUTA 11-Apr-2010 00:04:05 it requires efforts from council chairman and poeple of obowo. once they are able to build a modern high court room with offices for the registry, its 70% done. Obowoians are law abiding and a growing economic nerve center for LGAs around her. contentious issues are bound to arise. also criminals whose crimes are within the jurisdiction can also be tried there. a note to the sole administrator on this wont be bad. it will also creat a local NBA in obowo. these things enhance development. when agrieved persons have access to justice at their door steps, it helps business of development. |
